Manifolds
Choose from a variety of manifold valves and related products for instrumentation applications.
Our manifolds
- Are designed for static pressure, liquid level, and differential pressure applications
- Are available in traditional or compact inline body designs, for use in instrument, direct-mount, remote-mount, and module systems
- Use a compact assembly design, resulting in reduced size and weight
- Have fewer potential leak points
- Have body material options such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and duplex stainless steel, and packing materials such as PTFE, for system versatility, and Grafoil®, for extended temperature ratings
- Are easy to install and maintain
Instrument Manifolds—V, VB, and VL Series
V, VB, and VL series manifolds feature a horizontal body design in a variety of 2-, 3-, and 5-valve instrument manifolds. The 2-valve manifolds are designed for static pressure and liquid level applications; the 3- and 5-valve manifolds are designed for differential pressure applications.
Specifications
Working Pressures | up to 6000 psig (413 bar) |
Temperatures | up to 1200°F (648°C) with Grafoil valve packing |
Block and Bleed Valves (IPT Series)
IPT series block and bleed valves are available in two configurations; single block (needle/needle) and bleed and double block and bleed (ball/needle/ball or needle/needle/needle) in 316 stainless steel construction. The double block and bleed configuration allows for double positive isolation.
Specifications
Working Pressures | up to 20 000 psig (1378 bar) |
Temperatures | up to 650°F (121°C) |
End Connections |
Female NPT: 1/4 to 1 in. Medium-pressure cone and thread: 1/4 to 1 in. High-pressure cone and thread: 1/4, 3/8, and 9/16 in. Swagelok medium-pressure tube fitting |
Compact Instrument Isolation Valves—V Series
Compact instrument isolation valves with integral block and bleed functions offer advantages over configurations with multiple valves and fittings. The metal-to-metal body-to-bonnet seal eliminates the need for O-ring or elastomer seals. They use a hardened stainless steel, nonrotating ball stem tip which provides consistent shutoff.
Specifications
Working Pressures | up to 6000 psig (413 bar) |
Temperatures | up to 1200°F (648°C) with Grafoil valve packing |
Direct-Mount Manifolds and Remote-Mount Manifolds Series
VE series direct-mount instrument manifolds offer flange mounting to instruments, gauges, pressure switches, and absolute pressure transmitters in 2-, 3-, and 5-valve configurations. Remote-mount manifolds feature an angled vent valve for panel mounting in a 2-valve design. Both styles use a compact design and have a choice of packing and bonnet seal materials available.
Swagelok Distribution Manifolds—J6 Series
J6 series distribution manifolds offer strength in a lightweight, compact design with a one-piece integral body rated to 6000 psig (413 bar). The design has fewer potential leak points than conventional distribution manifolds and supports four to eighteen needle valves/outlet connections. The nonrotating, hardened needle provides positive shutoff.
Bellows-Sealed 3-Valve Manifolds—V3 Series
This 3-valve manifold uses B or U series bellows-sealed valves for systems with difficult fluid containment requirements. It contains gasketed or welded body-to-bonnet seals and uses cobalt-based alloy stem tips.
Modular Instrumentation System
The Kenmac series modular 85 system provides a standard modular instrumentation interface and mounting system. The options include two- and four-valve pressure and differential pressure manifolds, instrument monoflanges for isolation and vent functions, and self-venting single and double purge blocks. Electric heaters, steam trace blocks, seal pots, filling connectors, protective shade, mounting plates, and ancillary components are also available.
